Corridor Brewery & Provisions, 3446 N Southport Ave., is the DryHop Brewers team’s second brewpub concept with farmhouse ales and artisan pizzas.
The pub along the Southport Avenue corridor — hence the name — has been described by its operators as “an American farmhouse craft brewery” serving sandwiches and flatbreads fired in a clay hearth oven paired alongside Belgian-inspired beers with contemporary American twists. The tap list will include pumpkin-walnut farmhouse ale; a “Belgian breakfast stout” featuring cold press coffee, maple syrup and smoked malt; and, because this is American beer drinking in 2015, an American pale ale. Food options include the aforementioned flatbreads, sandwiches and entrees such as Flemish stew, fish and chips, and Cornish hen.
