NBC is currently casting for season 17 of “The Biggest Loser.”
The show is coming to the Chicago area July 25 to find teams of two who are up for the weight-loss challenge.
Filming will take place on the Biggest Loser Ranch (ranch locations have varied across seasons), where contestants will be trained by three well-known professional trainers who will also monitor their diets.
Many Chicagoans have been on the show, with biggest loser Michael Ventrella taking home the $250,000 grand prize in season 9. As with previous seasons, contestants will lose weight, make changes to their lifestyles and compete for the chance to win the $250,000 grand prize.
The casting call will be 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at The Biggest Loser Resort, 250 Schick Road in Bloomingdale, Ill.. Visit “The Biggest Loser” casting website for more information.
