The following items were taken from Morton Grove police reports:
Two cell phones were found in a recycling bin in the 5600 block of Carol Avenue on Oct. 1.
A computer crime was reported in the 7900 block of Caldwell Avenue on Oct. 2. The victim said she received a call from a man who identified himself as “Sam” from JP Morgan Chase Bank and wanted her to authorize two wire transfers from the company bank account. The victim told police that the hacker remotely accessed her computer and logged onto her account and tried to transfer the funds. The transactions were canceled before funds were transferred.
Eggs were thrown at a home in the 7700 block of Davis Street on Oct. 3.
A plastic shed, garden tools, a lawn mower, landscape bricks and evergreen trees were stolen from the 8700 block of Austin Avenue on Oct. 3.

A 23-year-old Morton Grove man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia in the 7100 block of Church Street on Oct. 6. He was scheduled to be in court on Oct. 28.
A 35-year-old Evanston woman was arrested for driving while license suspended near Dempster Street and LeHigh Avenue on Oct. 7. She was scheduled to be in court on Oct. 29.
