Naperville man arrested on child porn charge

A Naperville man stands accused of disseminating child pornography following a three-month police investigation, according to authorities.

Police executed a search warrant at a home in the 3200 block of Rollingridge Road on Sept. 18, according to a news release. Resident Sami P. Salminen, 40, was arrested and charged with one felony count of possession/dissemination of child pornography.

A Will County judge set Salminen’s bond at $100,000 and he has since paid the required 10 percent for release, according to court records.

Salminen could not immediately be reached for comment. He is due in court Oct. 10.
