Chicago ladies, start practicing your runway strut.

“America’s Next Top Model” is casting for its 14th cycle, and it’s looking to Chicago for contenders. The show’s creator, Tyra Banks, isn’t confirmed to be in attendance at the Aug. 29 casting call (10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Hyatt Regency McCormick Place, 2233 S. Martin L. King Drive), but no doubt a few hopefuls will channel her multidimensional aesthetics while posing for the judges.

“ANTM,” as it’s called by fans, transforms modeling hopefuls into “potentially fierce supermodels,” according to the show, via weekly themed test shots and related challenges. Winners are typically offered a modeling contract with a high-profile agency, and a guaranteed cover shoot with a popular women’s magazine.

The only requirements for Chicago’s pool of applicants? A height of at least 5 feet 7 inches and an age between 18 and 27. Stilettos optional.
