Lunch: Nothing says faux food like a turkey club dressed in green mayonnaise.
Snack: Popcorn with green-tinted butter: It’s not just for breakfast anymore!
Supper: Green mashed potatoes, anyone?
Dessert: Instead of fudge ripple, how about shamrock ripple? Streak vanilla ice cream with a toothpick dipped in food coloring. You can get really wild and do this to the whipped cream too.
Beverages: Freeze green-tinted water in an ice cube tray for lemon-lime soda or, for older leprechauns, a gin and tonic. (You can tint that, too, while you’re at it).
