Andy Garcia (right) was in town last week to shoot a short scene for “Ocean’s Thirteen” at Oprah Winfrey’s Harpo Studios on the Near West Side. In the scene, Garcia is supposed to be a guest on an “Oprah”-like talk show. There is no word yet on whether the one and only Oprah will make a cameo.
