All-OVC cornerback Ben Brown remains sidelined because of a leg injury.
The Panthers, who whipped Samford 43-14 in their OVC opener on Sept. 24, boast two of the league’s statistical leaders in rookie wide receiver Adam Kesler and junior linebacker Clint Sellers.
Kesler, a freshman from Mahomet-Seymour High School, totaled 141 all-purpose yards in Eastern’s victory over Samford.
He gained 38 yards on five receptions, 13 as a ballcarrier on a reverse, 33 on three punt returns and 57 on a kickoff return.
Sellers leads the Ohio Valley Conference with 11.5 tackles per game.
