Canadian small businesses, which account for 45 percent of the country’s economy, are the most optimistic about their prospects in almost a year, according to an industry survey.
The Canadian Federation of Independent Business quarterly business barometer rose to 108.4 in December from 107.5 in September, the highest since December 2003.
