Want some video instruction on mastering the Southern fare celebrated in this week’s cover story? One of the new shows on cable’s Food Network fits the bill: “Paula’s Home Cooking,” a half-hour show with Paula Deen, owner of the Savannah, Ga., restaurant The Lady and Sons.
