Stoney River Legendary Steaks recently opened its second Illinois steakhouse in the Deer Park Town Center at Rand and Long Grove Roads. Students will learn culinary techniques and prepare Southwestern dishes such as black bean wrap with chipotle mayonnaise cole slaw, toasted couscous with citrus vinaigrette, black beans and grilled sweet potato. Other dishes include fresh fruit and ginger chutney with grilled chicken breast, and Parmesan polenta with corn relish.
