Spartan Terrace, in the Student Resource Center of Elgin Community College, 1700 Spartan Drive, Elgin, has reopened for the spring semester. The gourmet restaurant, operated by culinary management students, is open for lunch only from noon to 1:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays, and is closed the first Tuesday of each month.
