The city’s satellite office in the northern part of town will open Monday.
Called Community Connection, the satellite facility will allow residents, commuters and businesses to pay their utility bills, set up new accounts, pay parking tickets, and file police reports and code enforcement requests.
Other services will include voter registration, freedom of information applications, and starting April 1 payment of commuter parking permit fees.
Peggy Halik, a management analyst for Naperville, said the city could change the services that are offered, depending on the people who use the facility.

Some city staff will be assigned to the center, but others will work there as needed, Halik said.
The facility, in the Railway Plaza strip mall, 535 Fairway Drive, will be open weekdays from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
