Garrett Harth, 21, was one of three Naperville men indicted Monday on various drug charges, involving several new and highly dangerous illegal drugs, by a DuPage County grand jury.
Harth was officially indicted for possession with the intent to deliver PMA, an Ecstasy lookalike that he allegedly supplied several weeks ago to Naperville Central senior Sara Aeschlimann, 18, who later died.
Harth was also indicted Monday, along with co-defendant Lewis Hansen, 20, of the 2100 block of Hull Court, for delivery of cocaine April 12.
Also indicted was Jared DeSanto, 30, of the 3000 block of Kentshire Circle, for possession of PMA, Ecstasy and Diazepam. DeSanto had been previously arrested for possession of marijuana, cocaine and hallucinogenic mushrooms.
Harth and Hansen are in the County Jail, while DeSanto has posted bond.
