County Board Chairman Gayle Franzen has empaneled a committee to study the county’s involvement in the proposed purchase of the former site of Bethany Theological Seminary.
Named to the committee were board members Irene Stone (R-Lombard), Patricia Bellock (R-Hinsdale), John Case (R-Naperville) and Roger Kotecki (R-Glen Ellyn), as well as Margo Schreiber, human service programs administrator; Kent Huffman of the Northern Illinois Home Builders Association; and Michael Murphy, College of DuPage president.
