”You can see that he`s an architect . . . his lines are so clean and hard-edged,” says Teiko Jordan, referring to Brett Kedzior, one of three persons whose work will appear in a show starting today in the Jordan McClanahan gallery, 580 Bank Lane, Lake Forest.

Kedzior, a Lake Forest resident joins oil painter Mary Jacob and rug designer Leah Nelson in the show.

Kedzior`s sculptural-looking furniture-made primarily of stone, metal and wood-ranges from about $800 to $4,500.

Gallery owner Teiko describes oil painter Jacob, from Lake Bluff, as ”an woman who basically taught herself how to paint and does these wonderful, nostalgic scenes that everone can relate to . . . such as kite flying and walking on beaches. Her paintings range from $800 to $2,500.

The third artist is rug designer Leah Nelson, from Chicago, who is showing a new series of rugs, most of them 4-by-6 feet, depicting water life. Nelson has designed many corporate and private rugs/carpeting in the Chicago area. They range from $3,000 to $3,500.

The three artists will be at today`s opening reception, from 3 to 5:30 p.m. The show will run through June 28. For more information, call
