Maxi Priest
Bonafide (Charisma)
(STAR)(STAR) 1/2
Maxi Priest`s debut is an OK collection of reggae-tinged pop. Radio-ready tunes like ”Just a Little Bit Longer” and ”Close to You” are good but they don`t quite compare to the earthier ”Human Work of Art” and ”Temptress.”
