Merrillville man sentenced to 50 years for shooting death in Portage

A Merrillville man was sentenced to 50 years in prison for shooting his coworker to death in a Portage parking lot outside their workplace.

Two dead in Portage from using generators after storms; weather service still tallying tornadoes
