Sylvester came in as a stray and while he looks like a cattle dog, at 75 pounds he's a bit big for that title. We may never truly know what his breed is, but we do know he's a very nice dog who can't wait to start his new life.

Gretel is a 13-month-old calico kitty who grabs everyone's attention when she rubs up for pets purring. When she's done with getting attention, or just wants to stir things up, she gives a nip to let you know. She would do well as a solo cat with a family who can make sure she gets the exercise and attention she needs, or with another young rough and tumble cat that will let her be the boss.
